Wizz Air inizia oggi il più grande sviluppo operativo nella storia del suo network. Nelle prossime 17 settimane, un totale di 21 velivoli sarà allocato presso le sue basi europee, per supportare 700 ulteriori partenze settimanali e l’apertura di 70 nuovi servizi. Quattro nuove destinazioni – Atene, Tallinn, Kharkiv, Vienna – saranno inaugurate a metà luglio, insieme all’apertura di una nuova base nell’Europa Occidentale presso la capitale austriaca. L’espansione di WIZZ nel 2018 rappresenta un investimento di oltre 2 miliardi di dollari in 11 basi nel Regno Unito, in Austria, Polonia, Ucraina, Ungheria, Romania e Georgia.
Per festeggiare questa grande espansione, oggi la compagnia offre un Seat Sale Day con il 20% di sconto su tutti i voli in programma fino al 31 maggio per prenotazioni effettuate entro la mezzanotte di oggi, 13 marzo.
Wizz Air darà inizio alla sua espansione 2018 questa settimana a Budapest, con l’arrivo di un nuovo Airbus A320 – che sarà l’undicesimo aeromobile allocato nella capitale ungherese – in concomitanza al lancio di una nuova rotta per Stavanger, in Norvegia.
“WIZZ continua a crescere in tutta Europa, stimolando il traffico con le tariffe più basse e mantenendo il suo impegno nel miglioramento dell’esperienza di volo dei suoi clienti, per conquistare la fiducia e la lealtà dei suoi clienti che apprezzano l’eccezionale esperienza di viaggio e il fantastico servizio a bordo su una delle flotte più giovani d’Europa.” Spiega un comunicato stampa della compagnia aerea. “Wizz Air contribuisce in maniera significativa alla crescita delle economie locali nelle comunità in cui opera, portando non solo occupazione diretta presso le sue basi, ma anche sostenendo il mercato del lavoro nel settore dei servizi a supporto dell’aviazione e nelle industrie del turismo e dell’ospitalità locali. Tra marzo e luglio 2018, 700 professionisti dell’aviazione di più di 15 nazionalità si uniranno al team WIZZ per contribuire al crescente successo dell’azienda.”

Wizz Air today starts the biggest operational ramp-up across its network in Wizz Air’s history. In the upcoming 17 weeks a total of 21 aircraft will be allocated to its European bases, supporting 700 additional weekly departures and the commencement of 70 new services. Four brand new destinations – Athens, Tallinn, Kharkiv, Vienna – will be inaugurated by mid-July, along with the opening of a new Western European base in the Austrian capital. The expansion of WIZZ in 2018 represents an investment of more than $ 2 billion at 11 bases in the UK, Austria, Poland, Ukraine, Hungary, Romania and Georgia.
Today, WIZZ celebrates this great expansion together with its passengers offering a Seat Sale Day with 20% off all flights scheduled until 31 May, for bookings made today, 13 March, until midnight.
Wizz Air begins its 2018 expansion in Budapest this week, with the arrival of an additional new Airbus A320, which will be the 11 aircraft based in Hungarian capital, coinciding with the launch of a new exciting route to Stavanger in Norway.
